Dear Manning Families,

As we approach the end of this week, we’ll already be halfway through February—this semester is flying by! Just a quick reminder that there will be no school for students on Friday, February 13, due to a non-student contact day, and Monday, February 16, in observance of Presidents’ Day. Classes will resume on Tuesday, February 17. Enjoy the long weekend!

If you haven't done so yet, please take a moment to complete the annual family survey. Your feedback is essential in helping us maintain excellence at Manning for our entire community. You can access the survey through this link.

We’ve recently seen an increase in students bringing coffee drinks (such as Starbucks), as well as open cans of soda and energy drinks, into the building. As a reminder, while students may have soda or other carbonated beverages with lunch, these drinks should not be carried through hallways or consumed in classrooms. Please encourage your student to enjoy their coffee beverage before arriving at school.

As technology continues to evolve, we’d like to remind families that Ray-Ban Meta glasses are not permitted at school. Similar to cell phones, if students bring these devices to school, they must be turned off and stored in lockers for the duration of the school day. Unapproved electronic devices brought to school will be confiscated.
