Dear Manning Families,

I’d like to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude to our incredible staff for making the sixth grade Outdoor Lab such a memorable experience. Our students had a fantastic time, and we are grateful that our district continues to provide this unique opportunity for all sixth graders.

Please note that there will be no Mustang Time on Thursday, May 14 and Thursday, May 21. On both days, we will follow a regular schedule, with first period beginning at 8:25 a.m.

This is also a reminder that our final Parent Partnership Meeting of the year will take place on Thursday, May 14 at 5:00 p.m. During this meeting, we will review end-of-year academic data, share results from our student perception survey, and provide an update on the 2026–2027 budget. You can view the agenda here. Additionally, our final Coffee with the Principal will be held on Friday, May 15 at 8:30 a.m., covering a similar agenda.

As we approach the end of the school year, we ask for your partnership in reinforcing the importance of meeting behavior expectations. Participation in end-of-year activities, including the 8th Grade Picnic and the 6th/7th Grade Celebration Day, is contingent upon students making positive choices. We want all students to be able to enjoy these events and appreciate your support in helping reinforce this message at home.
