Meet the Office Staff

Hello! My name is Matt Hilbert, and I am the proud principal of The Manning School of Academics and Arts! While this is my first year at Manning, I am entering my seventeenth year as an educator, with experience spanning PreK-12 as a high school science teacher, K-8 assistant principal, and elementary principal all here in Jeffco. I am a Colorado native, growing up in Arvada, Colorado and graduating from Arvada High School. I have one son, Liam, who will be a Jeffco fourth grader. My wife, Hannah, is a Digital Teacher Librarian at Hackberry, and a former Lakewood High School English Teacher. We are a family committed to education and to Jeffco. 

I believe in the power of team and partnership as we work together to ensure that our school can meet the needs of every one of our students. I value the collaboration of every stakeholder and my door is always open! I am looking forward to an incredible year ahead!
