2025-2026 School Year Information

Welcome to the Manning School of Academics and Arts, we are so excited for you to join our community! We will send more details in the coming months, in the meantime you can familiarize yourself with key information on this page.

MATH PLACEMENT DATES - REQUIRED

Every NEW Manning student needs to take the Math Placement test. The test takes approximately 1 hour, please bring a pencil. You do not need to sign up just plan to attend one of these test dates:

Thursday, March 6th - 3:45-4:45
Tuesday, March 11th - 5:30-6:30
Wednesday, March 12th - 5:30-6:30

Please tell your student(s) not to worry if there is information on the test they do not know or have not learned yet. These tests are meant to help the Math Department determine each student’s math level, and place him/her in the most appropriate class. Students who do not test will automatically be placed in their grade level class.

If you accept after these dates, a makeup placement test will most likely happen some time in August before school starts. We will send out communication regarding this makeup test later.

August 4th 1:00pm-6:00pm	Registration. Pick up your schedule, get your locker assignment, set up your locker, drop off general school supplies.
August 5th 7:30am-1:00pm	Registration. Pick up your schedule, get your locker assignment, set up your locker, drop off general school supplies.
August 19th 8:00am-12:00pm	New Students ONLY Orientation
August 19th 8:30am-9:30am	New Parent Orientation
August 20th 8:25am-3:25pm	First day of school all students
August 27nd	Picture Day - All Students
August 28th 5:00pm-8:00pm	Back to School Night/Open House
May 5th - 8th	Outdoor Lab - 6th Grade Only

CARPOOL

Because Manning is an option school, there is no bus service to/from school. We do encourage carpooling to help alleviate traffic in the morning and afternoon.

Below is a link to our Carpool Page with the Carpool Sign up Form. As families complete this form, their information is added to the carpool list which is posted on Manning's website. Families are responsible for coordinating carpools with the other participating families.

OUTDOOR LAB - 6TH GRADE ONLY

2025-2026 Manning Dates: Tuesday, May 5th - Friday, May 8th,

Manning 6th grade students attend Outdoor Lab at both Mount Blue Sky and Windy Peak Campus. There will be a Parent meeting TBD to share details about the week and campus assignments.

Forgot your student or parent password?

Parents/guardians should visit Jeffco's Personal Account Manager to recover or reset their usernames and passwords.
