Achievement Time is Manning’s way to keep students aware of their grades and hopefully help them repair grades if they fall to an “F” in any one class.  Achievement time is intended to be a supportive weekly program, it is not meant to be perceived as a punishment.

Achievement is held every Thursday, from 3:30-4:15.  

Manning Achievement Time Details

Access time is a great opportunity for students to have independent meetings/tutoring from teachers before the day begins.  Appointments are not required, but it is recommended that students notify the teacher in advance if possible. 

Access time is at 7:50 am, Monday - Wednesday and Friday.  

Advisement is a block of regularly scheduled time designed to provide our students with quiet study time or student enrichment.  During Advisement, students may seek clarifying answers for assignments, but the intent is to work quietly and independently.  Teachers may issue a pass for a student to return to their class during Advisement for additional instruction or test make-up.

Ivy Math

IvyMath is providing all The Manning of Academics & Arts families with a free online math tutoring session and an in-depth parent conference to discuss your child's strengths and weaknesses and how they compare to grade level.

IvyMath will also create a custom learning plan that maps out the exact areas your child should be focusing on in math. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, and understand what your child needs to feel confident and stay on track in math this year.
